We are looking to hire a highly motivated Customer Support Agent for our growing Customer Support team.
What you’ll be doing:
✔ Managing support queries via tickets/chat/app reviews:
✔ T1 assistance with the available internal admins
✔ Escalation of issues to T2/T3
✔ Processing multiple requests on various platforms – Web, Android & iOS
✔ Work with product, development, and international desks teams
What you’ll bring:
✔ Degree in Economics / Finance / Management / English
✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
✔ Previous experience as a customer support agent – Strong Advantage for premium users support
✔ Familiarity with ZenDesk (or other CRM platforms)
✔ Familiarity with web and app environments on multiple platforms (Windows, Mac, Android, iOS)
✔ Ability to work in flexible hours
